Set in an amusement park outside Beijing designed around small scale versions of world famous landmarks. The film revolves around a hand full of characters working there; Tao is a dancer who is dating Taisheng, a security guard, who also gets involved with Qun, who makes rip-offs of Western fashion.

The woman turns out to be a medical researcher who works with, and is a former flame of Chi-Ching's lover. Soon she starts receiving threats that her kidney will be stolen next.
Guei moves to Beijing and gets a job as a bicycle messenger. He gets his bike from the company but has to pay for it from his wages, unfortunately the bike is stolen and he has to get it back from the more seedy side of Beijing.
