Robocop has to stop a drug gang from taking over the city. When the gang boss, Cain, is killed, Robocop's creators OCP transform him into Robocop 2, a superior version of the first edition. Cain however has not forgotten who he was and Robocop is now forced to fight a stronger version of himself.
